Try an good anti-friction embrocation. Any type of cycling "butt paste" should work. If you don't like the feeling of having it directly on you, there's chamois creams you can rub into the offending clothing item. I tried both ways and they both work. I prefer ones like Qoleum because it's antibacterial, antiseptic & antifungal. "Butt" (pun intended), that's because I'm prone to "saddle sweat" on long bike rides. I found cheaper ones often wear out after 20-30 minutes, so it's worth spending a bit more on something that will last longer than your exercise time with just one application. it pretty much all costs the same in the "end" (HA HA, I just kill me!) .
